These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website https://trevitus.com (“Site”) and the purchase of travel products and services offered by Trevitus, including but not limited to tours, transfers, excursions, attraction tickets, and related travel services (“Services”).

By accessing, browsing, or using this Site and/or purchasing any Services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this Site or make any booking.

1. Definitions

  1. Booking — The act of ordering and paying for one or more Services through our Site or authorized partner.
  2. Traveler(s) — Individuals participating in Services booked through Trevitus.
  3. Service Provider — Third-party partner companies offering tours, transportation, and activities.
  4. Contract — The legally binding agreement between Trevitus and the Traveler upon confirmation of a Booking.

2. Eligibility and Use

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this Site and book Services.
  • You agree not to use our Site for any unlawful purposes or to harm our business interests.
  • All information provided by you during booking must be truthful and accurate.

3. Booking and Confirmation

  • A Booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment (as specified) is received and we issue a confirmation receipt by email.
  • Prices displayed on the Site are in GBP (£) and include applicable fees unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, descriptions, availability, or images without liability.

4. Payments and Pricing

  • Payment can be made using the payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • All payments must be in full unless otherwise agreed.
  • We may change prices without notice, except for confirmed Bookings.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

By the Traveler

  • Requests to cancel must be made in writing via email to reservations@trevitus.com or as otherwise instructed.
  • Refund eligibility, amounts, and timing depend on the Service type and provider policies. These are displayed before booking and in your confirmation email.

By Trevitus or Service Provider

  • We may cancel a Booking due to insufficient bookings, safety concerns, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative Service of equal value at no additional charge.

6. Changes and Amendments

  • You may request changes to your Booking, subject to availability and applicable change fees.
  • Trevitus and its Service Providers reserve the right to modify itineraries, pick-up times, routes, or service details with reasonable notice.

7. Travel Documents and Compliance

  • Travelers are responsible for:
    • Valid passports and visas;
    • Compliance with local immigration, health, and safety regulations;
    • Arrival at pick-up / departure points on time.
  • Trevitus is not liable for denied entry, missed departures, or penalties due to improper documentation or failure to meet local requirements.

8. Health, Safety & Special Requirements

  • Travelers must disclose any medical conditions, mobility constraints, allergies, or special requirements at booking.
  • We will endeavor to accommodate reasonable needs but cannot guarantee specific arrangements.
  • Some activities may involve physical exertion, risk, or conditions beyond our control. Travelers participate at their own risk.

9. Liability and Disclaimer

General

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trevitus and its Service Providers are not liable for:
    • Direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses;
    • Delays, cancellations, changes, injury, property damage, theft, or death.

Third-Party Services

  • Some Services are operated by independent third parties. Your contractual relationship in such cases may be with that third party. Trevitus acts only as intermediary unless specified.

Limits of Liability

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or Services will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant Booking.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All text, graphics, logos, images, software, and content on this Site are owned by Trevitus or licensed to us.
