4. Booking & Payment

4.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when:

4.2 Pricing

  • Vehicle hire
  • Driver time
  • Fuel

Additional charges may apply for:

4.3 Payment Processing

5. Cancellations & Refunds

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Road closures
  • Weather conditions
  • Accidents
  • Mechanical breakdown
  • Events outside reasonable control

Reasonable efforts will be made to minimise disruption.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We act solely as an intermediary.
  • We are not liable for acts, omissions, delays, or service failures of third-party operators.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total booking amount paid.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.


10. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the journey to:
